I worked with a Women’s Clothing & Fashion E-commerce Brand that was previously managing its Meta Ads campaigns internally. Despite spending a significant amount on advertising, the brand was struggling with high Cost Per Purchase, low ROAS, and inconsistent sales performance.
From October 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026, the brand spent $33,587.98 on Meta Ads without having a consistent winning campaign or scalable advertising system.
After analyzing the existing marketing funnel, I identified several key issues:
These issues were affecting the entire customer journey—from ad click to purchase.
To turn the account around, I focused on optimizing the complete Meta Ads sales funnel, rather than simply increasing the ad budget.
The strategy included:
The improvements started to reduce Cost Per Purchase while increasing the number of daily orders.

The account also achieved a significant improvement in ROAS, increasing to approximately 3–5X compared with the previous performance.
From February 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026, the campaigns generated:
This project was not simply about spending more on Meta Ads. The focus was on building a data-driven, conversion-focused Meta Ads system—from tracking and landing page CRO to creative strategy, winning campaigns, and gradual scaling.
By fixing the underlying conversion and advertising issues first, we were able to reduce acquisition costs, increase order volume, and scale the Meta Ads campaigns profitably.
